AICOE 417: Applied informatics in coastal engineering

Lecture notes

Exercise

The student have an opportunity to practice building a numerical model to simulate wave propagation to a local site on the Vietnamese northern coast. The coastline is straight and the seabed contours are almost parallel. The coastal site and depth samples can be downloaded here.
